Since I was added to the NHS whitelist on the forum, I haven't been able to start or reply to posts on the forum apart from in the NHS forum, report a player section and the Altis international airport. Furthermore I do not have any warning points so I know that I'm not suspended from making topics and posts.

Seems to be an issue with forum groups at the moment, sometimes when one is added you lose all the others and sometimes that includes regular member grouping which causes this issue (I believe, please don't take my word for it). Best bet is to bring it to the admins attention, as hopefully you have done here. 

Next best option: Create a secondary forum account and use this one for NHS forum posting, and the other for everything else. I have an alternate NHS account from back when I lost my NHS tags due to donator grouping.
