Problems with searching

Come into a recent issue where I am unable to search civilians. I can successfully search police without problem, restrained and unrestrained. But when it comes to searching civilians, I am unable to search them when they are unrestrained or restrained.

It seems that people are informed we are searching them via the HUD.
Also those without anything on them I can search but those with items I cannot

This is also happening to myself and other police. Makes life a lot harder when trying to police on the server.

Should be fixed for next update, along with GUI support
