Profile Image Disappeared

Hi there, 

For some reason the lovely hen picture I had on the top of my profile was gone and all I had was a plain green background. When I went to edit it back to the picture it was still there and I had an option to "remove customization". I did this and now I have no option for a new header image. 

Any ideas on why this might be? 

On a side note, any thoughts between the two gentlemen?
