Profile Picture achievement

It seems people are getting this achievement without having a profile picture!

Only seen it happen for a couple people though, might just not be loaded fully yet and they do actually have a photo

Keeping an eye on this... Some people upload a screenshot of the picture thats there before you have a picture!
