Public garage - casino

With the new garage system, public car parks etc. I think it would be a good idea to implement a public car park, with the ability to store your vehicle, at the casino. 

Nothing more to add really. Pretty simple.

The last public garage idea got implemented so I'm gonna have another stab at recommending one. 

The casino car park would be awesome for a public garage. The reason being - a new social place to hang out and do "stuff" as well as Legion Square. The casino is epic. It is, however, somewhat under utilised by some people and could be a great social hub to bring new people together to get to grips with the community and the rp here. 

As there is now an atm there all it needs now is a food vendor and we could literally live there losing our money 24-7. 

This would be good for all of the community as a new place for people to hang out and mingle together in a safe space. 

It would also look brilliant on the twitch streams too. This small change may encourage more people to use it that way and hang out there instead of legion Square. This may even cut down on all of the rdm and vdm there. Possibly.

Done for next update, I have added it to the valet area rather than the public carpark due to the weird collisions on the streamed map - hopefully FiveM/CFX moves the casino to the normal client soon.
