Put your hands on your head

I was just thinking about a recent experience I had, 

What do you do if you are walking around with a weapon and a cop that is not even 5m away tell you to put your hands on your head? We were just aiming at eachother for about 5 seconds and i didnt know what to do

Am I aloud to shoot him?

 
It's a hard one, you need to give proper information that something bad/he will be shot to him so he understands the risk. Saying something like, "Back away officer, don't make me do something you'll regret" In my eyes would be fair. If you have friends in the area, tell the officer that company is close and should anything happened to you he will be shot. At the end, if you are told to put your hands up, you need to inform them what could happen.

But like everything it's hard to give a answer for every single case, so long as you don't just shoot with no warning/respond with force from comments from the officer/rebels. It should all be fine.

Knocking people at while facing them is super unrealistic and was brought up at the last Police rebel meeting this is frowned upon. However @Ayzerr the answer to your question is to properly initiate unless the police have already started trying to rubber bullet/taze you due to not complying.

 
@Fetty Wap @bizby @Madmatt150 What if I tell him to go away/ Put your hand up and then he just shoots me. 

Also if he has said to put my hands on my head, wouldnt that be initiation meaning that I can shoot him?

Well personally in my opinion if he has a gun pointed at your head and you don't have friends in the area value your life and do as he says.

 
@Fetty Wapif i was to shoot him would that be classed as RDM because in a way it is a threat to my life as rubber bullets are deadly :)

 
I can be seen as RDM if you kill him. I say as long as they know what will happen it's ok to shoot, but be vague like, go away. But as Fetty said, best comply with the officer and try to RP it out. Not everything can be solved with RP bullets. @Fetty Wap @Ayzerr 

 
Then your screwed. Remember it is fun to lose sometimes. Try and RP it with the officer. You'll find if you RP with police they are more likely to let you go (if the story is backed up and not stupid). 

 
Don't just knock them out without saying a word. If the officer is just in the open and they're pointing their rubbers at you, it does make for some proper awkward situations. I would expect the officer to say 'this is the police hands in the air, you have an illegal rifle and I'm doing my job, hands up or get tazed' or something like that. Obviously if you run the second that has been said you can expect a taze or a rubber. If you start talking back 'officer of you pull that trigger you are dead' even if you're alone or have friends, just saying that could lead to a few roleplay scenarios! Such as some negotiations or small talk about what's going to happen. Don't just think oh shit I'm going to lose my gear as that's not the idea of the server.

Essentially there are things that can go wrong rule wise but if you focus on the roleplay you can get away with the gun and/or get away without a ticket or prison atleast.
