QOL, Law Directory sorted by who's online

Suggestion - Instead of sorting the law directory only by alphabetic order and I suggest that it is primarily sorted by if the user is online, and the secondarily by alphabetic order.

Pro - Obviously a quite minor quality of life change, but skips you having to scroll through the list of 80 or so names to find who's online and available.

Easy yet impactful QOL change I tihnk, So annoying scrolling through especially if the server is lagging it can take a while xD - Maybe it could just show available solicitors and not even display unavailable ones, and if there is none just a text box saying " None Available "
