QOL Notifications/Chat

So someone mentioned in the discord about a way to make the chat size/notifications change to a different size, thought it could be a nice QOL feature although I'm not sure how it would be coded in.

Suggestion is to have a slider option in the F1 menu to change chat or UI size or something in that nature.

Pros: Quality of life improvement for people who want to see the OOC chat but also don't want it to take too much of their screen space

Cons: Dev time.

Let me know what you guys think. Sorry this isn't super in depth but if you have any addons to this then WICKED
