When me and my friend are driving with qilin, friend is in gunner seat with gun and pointing it. Police initiating tires, it gives every right to gun me and my friend down with that initiation? Noting else sayed? If there are 10 people with qilin nearby, they get info one of friends car tires are getting shot. All of them 10 people can gun down police now? Only Thing what has been sayed is STOP CAR OR I WILL SHOOT YOUR TIRES and can start whole battle.
