Randomly blows up?

So me and my mate were just in kavala. On my screen he froze however he was actually moving. I saw his footage after. What happened was I actually just drove straight into him and pushed him into a wall and tree and he then blows up. However on my screen it shows him still the whole time, even when he explodes except you can see the explosion where he actually was.
