about 3-4 days ago
Description of what happened:
couple days ago we were fighting at the UNMC checkpoint. our clan (RRF) and (FC) teamed up because they said they needed help. so i showed up in the middle of the gunfight and walked towerds the unmc wall fully geared. when this FC KAPPA just randomly shot me in my back. he says it was an mistake so i was like ok can happen. but now when i just contacted him on teamspeak he says he is not paying for the gear which he should.
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?:

yes he didnt want to pay it back. he said it was an accident but then still he needs to pay back my stuff and he refuses to do this.

So you report him because he didn't pay for your gear? And you would not have done this if he had? I wonder if you truelly understand the Report a Player section. This is to report people who break the rules. If he did RDM you, you would ask for compensation on the forums and report him. What this looks like to me, is blackmailing. You accept it was a accident yet you still report him UNLESS he pays your gear.

What would you expect that you get candys and milkshake ?!

You just ran towards the UNCM territory, i asked twice from my team IS THAT UNMC, bad thing was that we misscommunicated and tought you were UNMC, the 50.cal was firing at you also so it could have been the man in the 50.cal aswell, you shud had come to me immediately and ask for comp. I AM WILLING TO PAY YOU COMP OF 100 000£.

ok ill accept the 100K comp because i liked working with you guys. sad it had to go this way, u never said u where willing to pay a small part but ok ill accept it.

No he DID break the rules i just gave him an opportunity to make it up but he didnt. he said he wanted me to have evidence and everything and said to me go report me go ahead. and now its on the report section and now he is willing to pay 100k suddently. bit odd if u ask me.

What Khandamir means is that you are basically using the Report a player-section as blackmailing. If he would have paid you, no report would have been made and it would have been considered an accident, but since he didn't all of a sudden this is breaking the rules.

I see this happen a lot lately and I don't like it.. The report-part of the forum should not be used as a weapon.

Nvm im gonna wire the money, there is already too much fuzz about this topic.

In my opinion its lame to ask comp for that situation :mellow:
