Description of what happened:
was picking some weed, hatchback pulls up and asks what im doing so i get in my truck and drive backwards and immidiatly get shot upon. at the end like 0,5 sec before i get shot you hear them say hands up reealy quiet when im already in my hemmt.. i even turn my screen back at them to comply but then instantly get shot.
What Rule Was Broken ?:

yes, person said he didnt do anything wrong
