Re add the screen flash on a kill or the red X

Re implement the screen flash as it is impossible to tell when someone has died now , this change was made to something that didn't harm the server and i think it reduces Qol quite a bit . These screen flashes didn't reduce RP and removing them just made the server worse to play as fake drops and weird connection issues will cause people to not know if someone is actually dead.

Think both crims and cops can agree this was a unneeded change and makes gun fights significantly worse.

+1, I understand that it was implemented to reduce the "fragger mentality", but it didn't harm the server in any way. And with fake drops and connection issues mentioned already it is impossible to know for sure if someone is down. At the end of the day it is still a game.
