Receiving Mission File Takes Too Long

So waiting my "Receiving Mission FIle" to download is a pain, it takes very long and i don't even make it past the Inactive Kick.
I'm getting kicked and i cannot download the files.
Any fixes, is it possible to download the files from an external place?

This link is a tutorial on the wiki to downloading the mission file while not on the server therefore stopping you losing progress when kicked. @youngmihnea

Tried this right now, it seems that i missed something. I'm stuck at the last step copying the commands in the Command Prompt.
It says Could Not Find C:\Users\mihne\AppData\Local\Arma 3\MPMissionsCache\RPUK.live.prod.B.Altis.pbo.

I think it's the wrong directory, is it possible to get some help on Discord or TeamSpeak?
