It has occurred too me after a couple of instances too get a recording system, can anyone recommend any free ones which aren't taxing and don't cause major drops in fps and are easy too use thanks

plays.tv is by far the best!

or shadowplay for nvidia 
I prefer/recommend Plays.TV for RoleplayUK server over Shadowplay myself even if owning an nvidia.
I have an nvidia, but with shadowplay I have to remember to turn on the 'record X amount of previous gameplay' and then remember to hit the save hotkey on anything I want to keep. Edit it in premiere/vegas to clip what i need, etc.
With Plays.TV its a no brainer. Start game, play and everything from login to logout is recorded. And it has in a built in fast to use "clip this part and upload' option for if you need to make a report.
And havent seen any FPS issues or preformance impact from it myself.

Can you report people who do a countdown even if it's not straight away, say most of the robbery has been "hands on your head and drop everything" and you refuse and they countdown does this count as poor rp
