Remove/Toggle the ability to accidentally stab/melee kill a member of your F6

Nothing kills immersion within fights watching gang members stab their own members to death because they lost the player vicinity lottery.

Likewise when someone has a friend at knife point, it would be great to avoid stabbing the wrong person.
