Rename Brickade Tow Truck to Brickade Flatbed

I feel this issue is of vital importance to the mechanic gameplay on RPUK.

'Tow Truck' is what the hook & chain ones are called and sounds American and horrible. A flatbed is what it actually is and sounds British and proper.
