Please (in detail) describe the incident: At around 12:15 hours on 7th March 2024 I arrested 101 for multiple offences. This individual was incredibly toxic, abusive and in my opinion was saying things that were completely out of line. I sent an LOOC about this however this continued and as such I asked if any staff were available to observe the interaction in OOC. 101 commented on this in character before disappearing form my car and I believe this was as he logged
