Please (in detail) describe the incident: I went to the Ammunation near Legion Square to purchase a BAT (Not in the footage because it was a few minutes earlier) he and their friend tried to talk to me but I didn't stop to talk so they trash talked me and made jokes about my mother, which is fine n all in RP. Later they came to Tire Nutz and shouted at me again so I downed one of them and let the other live, I then got more abuse when I tried to tell them to get away from my car, so I attempted to put the other in the ocean because of it and they logged out once I had gotten there. Footage is all the footage I have.

Thank you for making a report, by looking at the evidence provided it is a clear cut case of 'Combat Logging'. 
While we normally allow for 24 hours before actioning a report so that the accused have time to bring forth their side of the story, but with the video in combination with our logs there is little more to say, to be honest.
