Please (in detail) describe the incident: After a pursuit around the city with the local futo in the footage, an opportunity arose for myself as the driver of the M5 to pass the vehicle and try out a box on before entering the motorway. As I done so the individual did indeed give up and decamped his car. After he ran for a short period he seemed to realise it was best to put his hands up n get cuffed for the crimes he committed to this point. As we were about to load him into a vehicle to take him to custody he vanished. We did wait for a couple of minutes but no one returned nor was their anything put in OOC.
