Please (in detail) describe the incident: 112 was seen trying car doors in Grove. It was called out and a pursuit began. I suspect the guy was having issues hearing us (unless that was some poor attempt at RP), but you can see from the recording we tried to make him stop the car and he ignored us. When he was beaten up, he ran his mouth - hence the report.
