Please (in detail) describe the incident: I was riding down the road with blues and twos on . The sultan rammed me off the bike from behind and then ran me over I got up and tried to get closer to get their pocket numbers and then they came back and proceeded to run over me again . No words said, they purposely aimed for me every time
