Please (in detail) describe the incident: during a pursuit with suspect 121 he was eventually detained after he crashed his car several times.
During the start of the arrest he basically told me did i want to see a magic trick,
He repeatedly said this and counting 1,2,3,.
From the evidence you can see him vanish as he said MAGIC.

Due to him vanishing from my car I could not try and request a TS or Discord chat.

I've managed to find the person going off our systems, and watching your video. This does seem like a clear attempt to ruin your roleplay, I don't believe he is even here for Roleplay but to troll. Nevertheless, he can appeal his ban on the forums should he wish to return.
