What best describes this incident ?: break of rp and no memory loss

Please (in detail) describe the incident: we had an on going issue with the 2 characters in question (1319 and 1585) (uzi and smokey) after resolving this issue it arose again. we them took them to be drowned so they had memory loss. after being drowned once they still remembered and began to come after us again, we then decided to record the footage and do the same thing too them again. however during this whole event they broke rp multiple times, mentioned being "banned" and talking out of rp i.e speaking perfectly fine while drowning etc.

Hey,

This is a pretty obvious one, both of them are not acting injured at all while down, just shouting insults at you and not interested in the fact they are about to die. Also they mention things like getting banned etc.

1319 - G4.4 C1.14- 1 Day Ban

1585 - G4.4 - 1 Week Ban under FBS
