Please (in detail) describe the incident: My buddy and I stole a cop car and were hunting for taxis to rob. One puled over and we pulled knifes on him. Started making demands however he wasn't going to follow anything we say.
He decided to try running away despite being sorrounded by 2 guys with knives while he himself was unarmed.

You gave 139 very clear and concise demands to place his hands up and he refused to follow orders while at an obvious disadvantage and outnumbered, deciding to punch you instead of complying and allowing the roleplay scenario to unfold. This is a clear breach of NVL.
