Please (in detail) describe the incident: So we on grove street have been having the same person come around every day and we have told him that he is not welcome and on 22/05/2023 at around 21:20 he comes down the street in a local pounder truck and rams into multiple vehicles and persons. This can be seen in the evidence below, after he rammed into us he was further then shot and downed. After trying to call him into OOC/Discord he then combat logs.

Further on this situation when ever comes down and i try to speak to him he just stays silent and sits in the car. I believe he is somewhat trying to bait us into doing something but i can not confirm this is his intention that is why i am only reporting the RVDM.

I dont normally report people i would rather talk it out, but he refused to come to discord or ts and he has done it multiple times to the point where its just feels like baiting.
 

The first clip is him running us all over with the pounder, the second clip is me trying to get him to come discord or ts and then him vanishing i didnt realize he vanished at first but can easily be seen in the clip.

Unfortunately my medal is shit and sometimes doesnt record audio or goes out of focus so this is the best i have unfortunately.

As for the RVDM, you footage provided does not have enough context for us to action anything on this part.
For things such as this, we do require footage which shows 3-5 minutes prior whereas yours shows 10 seconds prior.

The player in question has indeed combat logged out of the situation though and this has been confirmed so due to the above, I will be actioning this report with the following today:
