Is it just me or is your medal not recording other people's voices? Mr. Gang-Banger. 
It was quite interesting listening to a one sided conversation if I say so myself! 

Now with the jokes out of the way let's jump right into the report shall we?

Do you by any chance have the clip where all voices can be heard? - I am not saying he hasn't said what you claimed he has, but I'd like to give the benefit of the doubt to everyone. 
Do you've more evidence of this conversation taking place? He could've said it's an emergency and logged off.

Sorry for a late reply I got lil busy with IRL stuff. 
First of all if you could in the future fix your recording so that way I can hear everyone's beautiful voice, that would be appreciated, and would make everything easier as well. 

Now onto the report at hand Mr. Gangbanger

After making sure he hasn't made a ticket with the staff or has reported himself having to leave as an emergency, there has not been one. 
After reading his OOC Chat log as well, I am more than HAPPY, to issue this report.
