Good evening @JUSTOLLIE. Thank you for making this player report.

After reviewing the footage you have provided it seems as if 163 does indeed fail to value his life. He is at an obvious disadvantage and instead of complying with demands and allowing for further rp to take place he tries to take a Machete out instead and fight back which results in him being downed.

Now onto the other player in the taxi. He shows up, he sees whats going on and without saying anything drives away, comes back shortly after and rams into you incapacitating you with his taxi with nothing said or no roleplay provided to yourself before downing you. This isnt exactly high quality rp and would indeed be seen as RVDM.

As for the metagaming claims, this is hard to prove. 163 could have prearranged to meet the other player in the taxi at this place before you had even arrived.
