On the 08/09/2025 - Riya, Sara and some others kidnapped Freddy, Jeff and Harley, they informed us they were on the search for Nick as head tazed some of their members at a clothing shop the evening prior. We were told that they had only lifted us to find Nick and let us go.

I didn't take kindly to my boys being lifted, so he hatched a plan to lift Riya from AE carpark, we then took Riya up to the hippie camp across from Pops Diner in zip ties, removed her phone and radios, conveniently Riya's internet died at that exact time we were about to start the torture and kill her off.

Freddy have then raised a ticket with Scott, We have then agreed to revisit the situation today at like 7pm, We reset the situation exactly where we already left off. We go into the cabin a couple of minutes later we are joined by ballers. Which is very strange given as no one seen us take Riya initially and that the situation would have been over and done with that evening had Riya's internet not magically died when her friends were not in the city.

Some key points I would like to bring to staffs attention

- Roughly 5 months ago, Duncan, chase, Nigel and Jeff dumped Riya into some wilderness to which she got magically found by a friend, now at the time we gave the benefit of the doubt and did not report her.

- When we asked Riya and Ballers to QE mainly Sara as we were informed it was Sara who called the shots, Now Sara also made us aware that she has not been able to be in the city for the last 2 days as she has been placed in jail and has been working out of city. Riya has since been playing on her police character during those 2 days we have been waiting, when her friend could conveniently not be around due to prior commitments. Why would we not get the situation over and done with beforehand?

- We return to the situation 2 days after the original internet deadness where all of a sudden out of nowhere Sara starts looking for us because apparently one of them snitched, when we have had no trouble at all from ballers for the previous 2 days...

- Freddy got chased by a blue car outside AE merely 3 minutes between putting in the staff ticket "we are leaving AE soon" now this blue car lost Freddy along the first corner, however in QE Sara stated that she followed the chrome car?

- It's very strange that even after 2 days of waiting Sara has still stumbled across us the moment that Riya is in the city and got her friend free.

Just seems to be a very weird series of event and timings, now I get that sometimes stars align but I'm guessing this is the story of the 3 wise men following the guiding Star.

We are really disappointed with this as we have had to wait a further 2 days for our RP just to be ruined.

Riya has since been playing on her police character during those 2 days we have been waiting,

- Not been on my pc since the first DC therefore not been on police dont know where this has come from.

That's all I have to add to this, staff were in QE and I've said what I said. The situation was two separate situations. I was going to get killed off and then go to a ranger meeting at 8 that was my plan.
I am not someone who cares ABT "losing'" everything in my inventory at the time was free for me and I couldn't care less tbh - think gun was the only not free thing and even then it was going to be paid back to me so. money is easy to make in game and its boring to have. i dont care about winning or losing.

I will let staff deal with this as there were about 5 of them in QE.

Hello to everyone involved. First of all, I want to thank staff for taking the time to go through this situation. I understand this is a complicated report, so I want to explain my perspective clearly and address the points where I’ve been mentioned. From my perspective, this is two completely separate situations that have accidentally overlapped.

Regarding why I wasn’t around for one day, as I said in QE, I’ve been busy with work and university classes. Because I wasn’t around, Ballas also had no information about the original situation and therefore couldn’t have acted on anything related to it. Today, before 6pm storm, I briefly flew in with the intention of doing a grab, so I sent a few messages out but due to not getting any replies from people/friends I needed for the grabbing, I gave up and logged off (pretty sure staff can check when I logged on for the first time after logging out in prison). After the 6pm restart, I logged back on and started asking around for who was available, and from there began making plans:

After storm I found a few friends that was about and down to help me out. We ended up having a meeting about the situation, hence why we was at Cypress garage at the start of my clip. After a short discussion, it was decided that Ballas would get involved instead. This is important to clarify because Ballas had no prior knowledge or involvement before today. The only reason they became aware was because I personally told them after the restart - there was no metagaming involved at any point. Everything that happened on Ballas side came from in-character information gained in the moment, which is shown in my POV clip. So your argument saying "you had no trouble with Ballas for 2 days" is not valid as they was not made aware when the first situation happened because I went to prison, and logged off early as I had university classes as well was work the day after.

I also want to make it very clear that my goal was never to help Riya. In fact, I had no idea whether she even was in the city, whether she had an open ticket, or whether her situation had continued or not, that is not my business. I’ve only learned from this QE/report that her situation wasn’t actually finished. When I flew in today, my main goal was to track down the three people who had snitched on my character, which resulted in me losing a gun and ending up in jail. How did I know these people had snitched me out was because I saw Freddy as well as Ben Wong when I was spotted out by feds, even though I had come back in a different car and gotten rid of my clothes that would identify me being connected to the original event, I was still captured. The reason I couldn’t do the grab the night of the original incident was because of me going to prison for a while and then me having to log off. So I was dealing with my own character’s issues and wasn’t focused on anything related to Riya.

In the report, it’s mentioned that after two days of nothing from Ballas, I suddenly started looking for you as soon as Riya was in the city. I understand why the timing might seem suspicious, but the explanation is simple: I wasn’t around for ONE day due to work and uni, so I do not know why everyone is saying its been 2 days and I only became involved today after the restart as I finally had enough time to fly in. I acted based entirely on in-character information, as clearly shown in my POV clip. There was no prior coordination or hidden knowledge - the timing was purely based on when I was available.

To me, this entire report seems to stem more from doubts around Riya’s past actions rather than anything I’ve done, and I understand why there’s frustration. However, I want to make it very clear that I had no knowledge of any open tickets, and didn’t know Riya’s situation. Everything Ballas knew came directly from me after the restart today. My POV shows exactly how and when I became involved, and everything I did was based on roleplaying, not anything from outside the city.

I respect everyone’s RP and the effort put into these scenarios. The clip speaks for itself, and everything else has already been explained in QE. Thanks!

It definitely help clear a lot up to me personally, not to clutch at straws because I'll give credit where credit is due but only one thing out of the clip is "last seen at AE" just wondering what you meant by that as there was no information in your clip as to say we were at AE? But apart from that, the clip seems to show me that it is just infact show the timing etc, the fact you caught Ben there, then seemed suspicious as you thought you was seeing more of what could be us around that area then checking up the train tracks which ultimately led you to see our cars, nice to see a clip of it all. Always nice to be sure, as you said above it could be seen as unbelievably suspicious with the timing and you ending up saving Riya, hence the report being put up as we didn't see a way from our POV how it could've happened, appreciate your time, thanks

I appreciate the swift reply and happy to hear that most of the confusion has been cleared up, I was just about to head to sleep but I wanted to respond to your question. Simply said, I got that information off tweedle. I wish I had a longer clip where it shows me connecting the dots of “last seen at AE” or even a clip before storm where I first seen the tweedle post. But I don’t so, instead I will just type out what happened and hopefully the tweedle posts that was posted will still be there for you if you want to check for yourself so you don’t think I’m coming up with bs. So as I said I logged on before storm and had seen a tweedle picture posted by Dr. Chris (if my memory serves me right) and in the picture you could see a pink haired guy in the background, I remembered that he was one of the people that got kidnapped in the first situation and confirmed by Duncan on a phone call to myself that he was “one of his boys”. He happened to be caught in a picture at AE that was posted for everyone to see on tweedle. The last situation when the kidnapping happened most of you guys appeared when one guy got threatened and put in zips, so I was going with the hopes and dreams of that the pink haired guy would still be at AE and if so lure some of you out to come back your boy. So I said last seen at AE simply because of that tweedle post. I knew you was around because you are pretty active on tweedle, and you can see me in my clip saying “Freddy just posted on tweedle”, also suspected that Ben would be around as he also posted a picture of himself at Bahama mamas. Now you might think it is a bit of a stretch to go somewhere where someone was posted before storm but as I said “last seen at AE” is just referring to where I had last seen you guys, so that is where we started our hunt. Hope this clears up that comment.
