Please (in detail) describe the incident: So i started my day of with going to the casino then i left there to go get my play tokens i started looking in my cars at the impound for my tokens pulled a van out then my taco van to where i parked my one van to look in the taco van where i had 205 start looking in my boot and taking a box with out saying a word they was another player who he done the exact same thing to with out saying a word.

hello, thanks for reporting.

the actions of the reported player does indeed appear to be somewhere within the Poor quality RP or trolling rule, due to the lack of RPing whilst robbing something of a player standing right next to them/sitting in the vehicle he steals from(will be a copy paste on another report hence the unrelated example).

whilst there's nothing inherently wrong with stealing from the boot of vehicles, you are expected to atleast RP with the members involved whilst doing so, especially if they're right next to you and it's their items you are stealing.

it's not the first time the reported player has done this and as such he will recieve a perm ban for trolling.

Bobby, if you do decide to read this, i'd suggest you start improving your RP before your appeal, going off the videos provided it seems rather non existent atm which is a shame
