Did you see another player eventually turn up to this location and begin helping the reported player?

no the player didnt turn up since i took the player to pill box, to keep it in RP, and then just clipped it

As there is a lot of context missing in this report & given the fact that there's no actual proof another player attempted to help which would be Metagaming I am unable to action this with those accusations. 
I will however be actioning this report based off of the reported player breaking character multiple times whilst talking to a friend OOC.
