Please (in detail) describe the incident: Myself and two other officers were chasing 216 and another player (did not get their ID). Upon catching up with them and ordering them out of the vehicle, they both combat logged to avoid being arrested.

@Bonziunfortunately without a session ID it becomes incredibly hard to find the right person so with regards to the other person who blipped I'm afraid no action can be taken
