Please (in detail) describe the incident: This guy was driving up and down outside of Bahama Mamas, persistently honking his horn with no reason to be there, he later claimed he was running over a dead body which is unrealistic and stupid. We told him him to leave the area because he was being a nuisance. After that, he chose not to obey any of our orders, so we chased him and brought him to a halt in his stolen car. Once we stopped he was reluctant to follow any of our orders, despite the fact that we all had weapons out and threating his life.
After that, he was being very racist to me (The Guy with the Pink Cap and Mask). - Watch the video for exact details.
