What best describes this incident: Missuse of OOC trying to stir up issues
Please (in detail) describe the incident: Pretty simple in the evidence. Missused OOC after getting shot and put messages into OOC to try antagonise police.
Decided to report since this is a recurring issue and felt about time its raised (not saying they often do it just meant in general)

This moved into discord chats on the main discord & the last comment from 108 was after already being told to stop by staff

While you are correct in saying this is a clear misuse of OOC chat, what can be seen in the evidence you supplied yourself, Staff has already answered this misuse of OOC chat and told the users to stop.

If they would have continued past that point, further action would have been taken against the people misusing OOC chat.
In future, if staff has addressed an issue, it does not necessarily require reporting on the forums.



This being said, I can see a lot of OOC misuse that has yet to be addressed, and as such I will note both player's record that any further misuse will be met harsher going forth, as this will be the last warning regarding it.
