Please (in detail) describe the incident: Was planning on grabbing members of Grove Street at triads turf and tried to grab someone that looked like one of their members, I attempted to communicate with the person saying I had a gun to their head told him to get off the bike and proceeded to ask one more time before he started spraying my car with a machine pistol out of no where.
