Please (in detail) describe the incident: ID 220 had taken me while I was downed from a prior situation saying he was taking me to Pillbox then turned for sandy and said well I actually want that Taser. Once he realised that I was a Triad he quickly realised that it wouldn't be long before the Triads and the Ballas were out looking for me so he decided to keep me and wait for a while before checking me in and then robbing me. Once he realised that they had all the hospitals on local down he waited even longer and eventually took me to Paleto and then as seen in the clip falls of the cliff and flips his car this is when ID 220 proceeds to start kicking me towards other vehicles while I am down. Then in the second clip you see him start kicking me towards his burning Clio to "Burn me alive" Kicks me towards it then rams me over.

The whole time the Roleplay was really poor and boring from the start and from his other mate Josh Sweeney who started the whole thing by Randomly coming over to my bike and doesn't say anything and starts kicking me of my bike and kept coming back and doing it with no words unfortunately I didn't manage to clip this but this is how it started and I believe ID 220 and Josh Sweeney had being doing this to more than me as they said during this time "That makes three tonight".

Hitting / stabbing while downed isn’t actually stated in the rules as exploiting or any other rule break but:

You were grabbed for the actions of yourself and many other members of triads, from the start you didn't act dead at all arguing with the original person that killed you sounding sound as a pound & when I was driving you to get you "help" you also was talking to me Asif you fresh woke up and had a spa day. The second I showed you my true colours about 2 mins after the initial stabbing from the other guy you "died/passed out" clearly to not have rp or any fun. You got pissed tryna argue with me thru /me which kept bringing me to reality, I didn't feel part of a roleplay situation anymore so I tried to keep a better situation which you kept turning down. I pretended to help you so you accepted the carry and I got you in the car. drove about for hospitals which were all on lock down by the gangs, the whole time you doing /me which is a roleplay command to talk about OOC stuff confusing the shit out of me and ruining my own rp. My aim was to watch you die, Because I saw all the vehicles at peleto and sandy so I waited round the corner till they left. SO they left sandy I then waited about 5-8 mins from that and then made way to the sandy hospital again, as I make my way back there by coincidence a triad vehicle turns up just as I do, didn't check the hospital or anything which was a little weird but nothing can be proved if you told them to turn up. so I leave and get away.

      From that point my aim was to dump you so you cant have your stuff, you cant remember me and you cant tell anyone about anything. Driving towards the beach the car flips which leaves me stuck so I attempted to push/ flip and crash into the car in which all fail. So I try to pick you up which you keep declining even tho I was strong enough to pick you up when you thought I was your friend, weird, So from the point your not letting me pick you up to take you to the ocean I was aiming to watch you die to make sure your dead and cant remember, I decide to then torture you and the rest of what I did in a bid to make sure your dead, Me punching you kicking you stabbing you wasn't to move you about as you can clearly see you stayed in the same general area the whole time, I was waiting for you to hold E and die after sooooo many stabs, torture and the rest.

 I said ill drag you to the ocean but I didn't carry out the task. Clip 2 1:00 roughly onwards when I said this I began to kick you in the same spot not urging you to the ocean at all. The loads of stabs to the heart was me sending you off to heaven but you still were waiting so you could possibly get up if found.

Clip 1 @ 40 seconds me stabbing you loads and saying what I said was a que for you to respawn as you suddenly gained about 50 stone so I couldn't carry you anymore, again in no attempt to get you to the ocean otherwise Id have carried on doing it and successfully got you there. Just after that I say hopefully I can burn your body and I attempt to burn your body as your still not getting the drift of respawning.

Really not sure why you didn't respawn after so much torturing, you would have been unrecognisable if the game displayed injuries like that so yeah not sure what you were waiting for by not dying because friends (if somehow they find you) wouldn't have been able to save you and even a super doctor with the best equipment wouldn't have.

During the whole event at one point his body was hidden away where no one would find and I left sat on a hill for a little to scout if ppl knew he was there n nothing happened for about 3 mins so I went back and he was still there doing his /me's when I got back. from my POV he was waiting for hopefully a medic or a friend to find him for him to be treated after so much wounds. I believe this has been made due to you losing the situation & me being so addiment your not getting up.

You also say aw "this is boring as f*ck" but you made it go on as long as it went on for not my issue. 

Not sure if AHK script crosshairs are allowed on here but to me n many other city's that's cheating.

With this I'd had no interaction with either of you all night as I was at the Triad and Ballas Stag night, So a bit more initiation would've been nice rather than your friend just coming and kicking me saying nothing.

I was stabbed so I wasn't "Dead" straight away I was stab twice in the shoulder, I started coughing and talking in an injured voice as I normally do when Injured. When I saw two other people from the stag drive past I shouted "Help" Yes but again still in the pained and injured voice.

The second I showed you my true colours about 2 mins after the initial stabbing from the other guy you "died/passed out" clearly to not have rp or any fun.

Firstly you gagged me after about 5 minutes of being in the car and said if I mumbled I'd have my throat cut so I'm not sure how you expect me to RP with that, I did a /me and said I was bleeding heavily because at this point you had kept me for about 15 minutes and I was quite bored with this poor RP talking about how you wasn't sure why two gangs were looking for me and locking down the hospitals. When I was quite clearly a Triad hence why I was "Grabbed for the actions of myself and many other members of Triads" and before I had started to Bleed heavier and pass out I was talking and told you it wouldn't be smart as they'd all come looking for me as you took me away from the Triad and Ballas Stag night

I wasn't pissed at all the standard off RP was poor and my Character had lost blood and passed out, As for using /me to talk to you since you were using out of city terms and trying to accuse me of Meta gaming I used it only to help guide the RP so you could stop talking out of character and making stuff up about the two Gangs being at hospital, Hence why when you said how do they know you even asked me before you took me was the others on the bike that saw me my friends I said yes I am a Triad and so are they so thats how they knew I was taken after I shouted help.

I had to fill you in so many times I didn't want to flood OOC chat with all of that and Also at the time the OOC chat was being spammed with another situation, You ruined your own RP by Gagging me and telling me if I tried to do anything I would do so I am obviously going to sit there and be quiet.

As for this even trying to grasp onto anything that we were meta gaming is actually stupid they literally saw me get taken and as a gang we wait sit in weird spots to watch the hospital circle the hospital make sure no one goes in or out the hospital we check all dumping spots leaving one or two people at sandy or paleto at these times, They wouldn't have left just stayed hidden we do it every single time. And also I didn't really care if I got saved I only had a taser on me so I don't get why I would even want to Meta game to save something I have more than one off and that I don't really mind loosing.

In my opinion it looked like it was to move me towards the ocean or vehicle, I didn't hold E at that point because in my opinion I believe that you using the fact you can kick and move me towards the Burning car or the ocean was poor really and I stayed to see if you were going to break anymore rules because in my opinion and my understanding kicking stabbing or punching someone that is down to move them closer or to another location is a rule break.

This was in the second clip and after the first time you tried to move me by kicking stabbing and punching so I was simply seeing if you were doing it again. And as I've said I didn't really care if I wasn't found or I lost my things.

Again I've explained why I was using the /me to avoid flooding OOC as again you clearly didn't really understand how to RP at all from start to finish and wasn't sure what you were doing half the time, I never used the /me when anyone was around or any cars I could hear in case there could've been anyone near by to see it. Again I wasn't really bothered if I was found or not as it was only a Taser. There wasn't really any losing of a situation for me I was kicked off my bike with NO RP at all, Placed into a car not carried, Gagged and just made to sit and listen, It was very poor RP in my opinion and I usually expect to see better RP from people. I was incredibly bored yes but I don't like to respawn during or in the middle of a situation as I don't like it when people do it to me as I find that more boring if they're respawning and just stopping the RP there I wanted to stay to see if maybe you'd ungag me and try talking or reasoning with me or any interaction would've been nice really. But you didn't you gagged me and told me if I made a noise I'd die so I complied as you would when you're life is in danger I RPed fully in the situation that you gave me and put me in.

I don't have to take you to TS over this and I couldn't anyway because once I woke up at the Ballas hospital I was then involved in another RP situation for another 1-2 hours finishing the Triad and Balla Stag night and dealing with other affairs, So by that point I didn't think there was much point calling you to TS when I assumed you'd have logged off.

For the future, good rp is given where good rp is received, I Cant give great RP when its denied from the start, I tried my best until you just kept shutting me down which you have no videos prior to these ones on the report which might be because it shows you not acting hurt or not acting gagged etc.

I know this isn't part of the EXPLOITING that is reported but if a admin deems my roleplay shit please understand I tried with him at the start properly until he threw it down the drain. From these clips as Which in general you triads love to deny roleplay or some of you. For example when I tried to roleplay as BugStars for the day in the city we ended upon your turf and we got turned away very quickly while we tried to carry out our job of pest control being told our reason to in the area is bullshit and no work for rat infestation needs to be done. As I said the roleplaying being dead only happened once you realised I'm the enemy, I presume as a way of you cant be bothered and you've given up.

We both know that this isn't true and I was RPing around the situations you gave me, Once you told you were the enemy my Character was confused as it seemed the intentions were that you would help me, There was no not being bothered or giving up in the situation. I was talking and arguing with you trying to keep a conversation or RP going you weren't going on or keeping it going so then once you gagged me and told me if I make a noise I will die really limits the RP I can then give you.

For the future, good rp is given where good rp is received

Good RP wasn't given to me from the start however I still continued to give you good RP by acting injured, Trying to keep a conversation going and then hopefully my character could find away to get out the situation or find a way for him to even get out alive. The RP I was given from start to finish was poor from your Friend on the bike and then you didn't provide any RP to make it interesting for both sides.

You know this is a lie as I was talking and trying to keep the RP going until you took me and gagged me so I then couldn't do any further RP with you as you then started speaking out of character. I always give good RP with the situation I am given to took me and didn't give me much to work with so I RPed it the best I could around all the things you were doing.

I had no videos of this as there were no rule breaks in my opinion so I felt no reason to clip this, We both know I was acting injured via coughing when talking making grunting noises between talking and other things. If you feel so strongly that I wasn't acting injured let me ask you then why didn't you record it and report me for Fail RP as this is what you're saying I was doing, However you know I was RPing and acting injured hence why you didn't clip it and are trying to grip onto anything you can that would suggest I was not providing good RP in the situation you put me in.

I've reviewed the evidence, and come a conclusion.

Through out the encounter, no rules were broken. @Famedid everything he could to ensure @FrooGamescouldn't survive the situation, whether this be by kicking him in the head, or by stabbing him in the chest multiple times. @Famethen decides to dump @FrooGamesin the ocean. 

On the other hand. @FrooGames"/me" isn't used for OOC. This is what we got "/ooc" for. /me is meant to create more roleplay, for example informing the medics about what injuries you got, etc. Therefore, I'll be giving you a pointed finger, and if seen doing it again, further actions will be taken.
