Please (in detail) describe the incident: While I was talking to Silas in Legion I witnessed a car drive right through a red light and then make a dodgy turn up towards lower pillbox so I initiated a pursuit (due to me being on duty as police at the time). After a chase which can be seen in the second 2 clips we managed to get the guy and arrest him. He was taken to Davis PD where I processed him.
While in the cells he was asked if he needed medical attention when I read his custody rights. However he only asked for food and water. After doing so he became impatient asking to be let out (as most criminals do) however when i was writing the report he did the /kill command I believe and just became incapacitated in the cells. (this is seen in the first clip). After seeing this I went over and performed medical attention. (unfortunatly my clip for this didnt work) where i did a /me check for injuries. I then did /me checks pulse and heart rate, as well as, /me shines lights in eyes and pinches ear lobe. Every attempt with medical attention was met with no response. I then asked him in LOOC if he did the kill command and was met with no reply. Similarly I asked him to RP injuries in LOOC but yet again was met with no reply.
