Please (in detail) describe the incident: While getting my jeep fixed i heard 224 call someone a retard whileh eading over telling him thats not a nice word and that word shouldnt be used he pulled out a knife and stabbed somone that was just running past saying world peace he stabbed me he called me a faggot
