Please (in detail) describe the incident: So we went to rob a person from 229 he was in head When we came in the plan was to rob him and go or take him in zipties. He came back and then said that he has to go. If your in this sort of situation i think you shouldnt really be in city anyways if your gonna go in head for more then a couple of mins. he then said he hasnt got time to be robbed and then left. Just anoyying that he is in an RP situation and then leaves the city so nothing is gained from it and its kinda just spolit the whole thing
