hi, 

yes this is me in the footage. First off i would just like to apologise to you Richard as when viewing the clip i can see how this looks bad and how this is bad RP.

i am just getting back into playing after a year away and so i am a little rusty, but i would like to say that i play on push to talk. When approaching in the car i was asking you why my mate was dead and i cant recall exactly what i said but i tried to appear angry, however i must not have been pushing the push to talk button and which is completely my fault. if you had heard what id said i dont believe that this would be classed as RDM

To stop events like this happening again i would be happy switch to voice activation 

i hope you can forgive me as i am enjoying this server and after this i gave good roleplay whilst going through the prison system after this event, which i believe shows that i am capable and this was just an unfortunate accident

we was originally meeting at the drug dealing spot where police first interacted with my mate, then i recieved radio he was in chase by casino which is where i first passed him i was in this same local i was in the end of the clip u may be able to see me in the clip at casino. Then i followed thyrough city where i lost them around construction and by luck i was doing laps around by the construction site because this was where i lost him and i spot him down there in the bottom

Whilst from the video we cannot know for sure that you were not following the situation as it was happening or anything. What we can say, is that you did not provide any roleplay to the officer until he was already being hit. As you mention, this might be a mistake of a push to talk but also as you have already said. That is only your own fault.

Kai Gaye will be recieving a ban for G1.2 RDM. 24 hour ban.
