I was on my police character patrolling throughout the city when I conducted a traffic stop on a Ballas Member Jay Small (Jay Is a Witness). Nothing seemed to be out of the ordinary when an unknown vehicle was seen driving towards me at speed deliberately. This is clearly RDM with 244 not stopping to check on the person he just ran over. He then continued to drive off resulting in myself giving chase. He knew I was going to chase him and can see he stopped on the MRPS Bridge and jumping off. Not Valuing His Life.

I called for NHS to assist on scene where even the paramedic wasn't able to RP any medical treatment as 244 for was not complying with RP or even using /me. The paramedic even called out 244 on OOC of Poor RP. I didn't ask 244 to go QE as I believe he knew exactly what he was doing and believe any answers he would give wouldn't justify his actions.

so yeah, i did a hit and run but im a new player and fully up to controls yet. i was pressing keyboard buttons and hit the d button causing me to violently swerve right (i use controller on pc so keyboard bindings isnt my fortay..) i then tried to jump off the bridge to escape and flee in rp.. didnt realise the height
you can see im a new player so at that point i hadnt learnt the /me command. so on that im not sure what you want me to do?

From my understanding of what happened of your own actions felt like you knew exactly what you was doing. If this was a genuine accident (being a new player on the server). Why didn't you stop and check if the person was injured?

After you crashed into me you continued to drove off knowing it was a police officer you hit. Why did you feel the need to jump off a bridge instead of continuing to drive away? This could of lead into a chase and the RP to continue.

Not only that. Jumping off a bridge is putting yourself at risk of having very serious injuries. As you said "Was trying to flee" resulting in yourself getting injured and downed. If you didn't know how to RP with the /me option. Why not try talking with the officer but also the paramedic that arrived and called you out on /OOC for not engaging in RP/Medical RP.

Yourself being a new player in the server. I would highly suggest you take sometime to read the Community Rules and FiveM Rules. That way you could of had a better understanding of our community rule and FiveM Rules and how to engage with RP.
 
I'll get this all wrapped up.

@Frank_Magnet I find the statement of getting used to the controls of a keyboard hard to believe as the video shows you driving perfectly fine and then swerving into players and turning back onto the road straight after. It's unclear why you are able to drive perfectly fine up until the point you clearly see a cop doing a traffic stop and then start figuring out controls and hitting them in the process. If you simply hit the D key your vehicle wouldn't have turned for the length of time it did making me believe you held the D key intentionally to hit them.

Most games universally use WASD for movement and even if this was a complete accident you didn't attempt to stop or apologise. If you were getting used to the controls of a keyboard it probably wasn't the best idea to be driving at such high speeds through a populated area with players.

Additionally, you said you jumped off the bridge in an attempt to flee from the Police and didn't realise the height. The bridge has a noticeable incline and even without looking directly over the edge you can see it is quite a fall. You decided to drive up the incline until the road straightens out, which is the highest point of the bridge easily accessible, then jump. This shows clear failure to value your life.

There is no evidence to show a lack of rp with the NHS but through your own admission I'm going to give some advice to read the wiki that contains a starter guide and a guide for controls and commands. I'd suggest taking another look at the FiveM Rules and Community Rules too.
