Please (in detail) describe the incident: While out robbing near Pharmacy, Frank & I spot a potential victim, upon arrival into Pharmacy, he was held up with 2 x Knives and instructed to get off his radio and raise his hands, he showed absolutely no signs of fear or threat whilst in this situation and continued to use his radio to let his pals know what was happening and where, we gave him numerous orders following that, in which he continued to ignore. We deemed it necessary at this point to stab him for his stupidity.

Attempted to main communcation in OOC, however no response.

Good Afternoon @Paul Mo, Thank you for making this player report.

After reviewing this footage that you have provided this is a clear-cut case of NVL. This player failed to follow demands while at an obvious disadvantage and outnumbered and continued to speak on his radio instead, failing to value his life. This will jump straight back to a permanent ban and will have to be appealed seeing as this player has just come off a perm less than 2 months ago.
