Please (in detail) describe the incident: Whilst on patrol, we came back to a dispatch to mark a car stolen, after doing this myself and other officers went outside and started talking. We were standing around the front and 251 drove into us all downing 3 officers including myself.

To prove that this was random, I've uploaded a clip which is over 3 minutes, you can see the RVDM from 04:50 in, I think a few folk tried to contact via OOC but I didn't
