Please (in detail) describe the incident: We was helping a friend to grab the guys that car scammed him earlier in the day at city hall.

at 01:59:30 we found the 2 people in a Black Feltzer, Player 267 complied with our demands however, his friend (Unknown ID) refused to get out the car and then soon after combat logged (around 21:38) VOD Timestamp 02:00:00

Half the group took Player 267 to another location, the other half including me waited for his friend (Unknown ID) to come back. 4 minutes later (Unknown ID) logged back in and as soon as we go to grab him, he combat logs again for the 2nd time. VOD Timestamp 02:03:50

At that point it was clear that (Unknown ID) intentions was trying to avoid any sort of repercussions for scamming people.

VOD Timestamp 02:30:00 Mike was taking Player 267 to sandy hospital to be treated so that we could get this scammers phone number for our friend who got scammed so that he could go down the legal routes to for compensation. As I was about to buy some scissors to cut player 267 out of zipties (so that he could check into sand hospital) he then states to Mike "I have got to go, I'll be back in 1hr 30minutes" and then combat logs during our on going situation.
He was still in zipties while downed so the only way he could of checked into the hospital was by either his friend meta gaming his location to then cut him out of zipties, or he relogged into sandy hospital at the exact time someone else came in (being sandy is very unlikely) otherwise he'd have no choice but to bleed out.

Player 267 was later seen by myself & Gus 2 hours later, trying to do another car scam at bins and drove away as soon as he realised who we was

This is clear that Player 267 and his friend (Unknown ID) had the intentions to only scam people and then combat log to avoid repercussions, showing no intentions to provide any sort of form of high quality roleplay roleplay.

Due to them Combat Logging during the situation, we was not able to get this guys phone number for our friend to then continue this situation in the courts.

I would add meta gaming to the report but obviously that is near impossible to prove due to lack of evidence. (unless staff can check logs to see if his friends IP (Unknown ID) matches the person who cut Player 267 out of zipties) Sorry that I have provided 60 second clips - (twitch limitations)

I do not have a clip of players 267 session heads, however, I know that it was him as he complained in ooc during our situation

my friend doesnt have a clip of him combat logging at sandy however you can see my friend escorting player 267 in my clip, which shortly after her combat logged in the clip i provided

- 24 seconds into the clip guy in grey, in zipties at the desk

at 34 seconds of the clip you can see that he disappeared and my friend stating on radio that " he said he popped his head" claiming to be back in an hour and a half

I've asked those two questions because Player 267 did check-in with that sessionid meaning he didn't disconnect and check-in later in the evening (which would give him a new sessionid if he checked in after he disconnecting) around the timestamps you've given. Perhaps 267 checked in and you thought he combat logged without checking the beds, I don't know, or it's the wrong sessionid provided.

I can't determine without absolute certainty Player 267 did combat log as it's not matching up with the statements provided "he popped his head" inside Sandy and the evidence given with the ids. Could you perhaps ask others involved if they have any clips that show the sessionid of the individual and preferably one inside the hospital too.

I'll continue digging into the unknown id individual

I was 267 and I did not combat log at all you had me hostage for about 1 hour with no rp. 30 mins into this I explained it might of needed to speed up as I realised the time and needed to go out they then drove me round in circles and waiting doing absolutely nothing for another 30 mins and by that point I was already late for what I needed to do but obviously couldn’t leave so we drove round in circles again then after me begging for you to just do something to get the sceanrio over and done with you decided to let me go to the hospital and asked for my number so you could call me when I got up. I was in the hospital bed and I’d been kicked for being afk by the time I got back when I woke back up in sandy hospital I was outside still tied up where a cop turned up took me to get a statement and a change of clothes I waited at the hospital like I said I would of done when I got back and to which you all agreed it was by pure chance the police came while I was waiting still tied up but not once did I combat log and for the other guy I’m honestly not sure because he wasn’t part of my scam I just know him and he was a city hall at the time because out other friend was also buying a car also you had no way to know who scammed you because your friends had already stopped and talk to me 3 -4 times after and only then when I was stopped talking to you was when you told me it was the same person and same clothes even though I had already changed and there was no real way of you knowing it was more of a guess in the hospital you didn’t get my phone number because one of you took my phone and went back to the city on the night I asked you to join QE because the roleplay when u kidnapped me was none existent you literally were parked up or driving in circles 95 percent of the whole scenario but because of the amount of time you took to actually finish the scene I didn’t have time to join qe and all you had to do was check the sandy beds and you would of found me laying there so your friend who said I popped my head the desk and told him 1hr 30 isn’t telling the truth because he litterally told me to check in to which I did and nobody came in the room also to say i was scamming at the bins isnt true i was trying to get genuine intrest in my dubsta and i just happned to run into you also the whole time i was kidnapped not once did anyone do any medical it was a whole hour of driving round in circles because none of you could of been sure if it was me or it wasnt thats why you decided to take me to the hopsital in the first place also to say i wanted no rp after is untrue because if i still had a phone you could of had my number and that way it could of continued in whatever way you saw fit legally or not if i was goung to combat log it wouldnt be over an hour after you kidnapped me and i even told the person whos ar i was in i dont even think im gonna make it to the hopsital as i was already 10 mins late but they wanted to wait so i agreed to this as it was gonna be the only real way of carrying on the sceanario. over 50 minutes after i was shot the rp was to drive me round in circles while you decided who it was. also the start of the kidnapping when i was boxed in after already talking to everyone beforehand i was took to a carpark where we were having a conversation 2 seonds later the guy with the shotgun shoot me and says i told you dont speak when im speaking bearing in mind i waited for him to stop talking before i tried to make my point for him to immidiately shoot me then drive me round with no medical rp

Secondly, This was caused by YOUR friend as he kept combat logging on us so obviously the situation got prolonged as we had to sit there and wait for him multiple times.

We never let you go as we wanted to get your number however, you disappeared, which had stopped us from achieving that.

We did not agree to wait 1hr 30 minutes. situations don't work like that.

however from what staff has said and you I will presume that you did checkin however, why did you say you could not check in due to being in zips to mike and do you have any recording of this situation at sand hospital as that would solve everything.

to say it doesnt work like that is just crazy as i said over 30 mins

I'll get this report closed off seeing as you've resolved it with @jaiden and the unknown id did indeed combat log twice to avoid roleplay.

So let's start this off with @jaiden - you did indeed get kicked for being afk and through your own admission you needed to go as you was running late for something. Seeing as this has been resolved in QE I'm going to give you some words of advice. If you need to quit the game at any point during roleplay, which includes going afk for a prolonged period of time and getting kicked for it, you need to reach out to the involved parties OOC and open a ticket to inform staff. You've claimed you told the group you had to go but there was nothing in /ooc about it so I would assume you was saying it in voice. Be mindful about staying in character and if you need to mention any OOC stuff use /looc (local ooc) or /ooc (global ooc).

Onto the Unknown ID individual - after doing some digging and investigation I've managed to find who this player is. It's quite clear that this was intentional to avoid any repercussions with the group they have angered. The individual combat logs in the road and logs back in minutes later only to combat log again. Not long after the 2nd combat log they connect to the server again and made no attempt to each out to the group that tried grabbing him.
