What best describes this incident ?: RDM

Please (in detail) describe the incident: I was going about my day selling in triads which i'm allowed to do when two guys come over to me and RDM me for no reason. I also had the same problem with this individual yesterday when they jumped me and my friend at Alta gas station for absolutely no reason while shouting fuck Toddy's. We are not on bad terms with anyone so there is no reason for them to kill me they are just trying to start a problem out of nothing.

There was no further leadup to this clip, the start of the incident was when the person on the bike rode up to me. Prior to this I was just going round on my bike selling, I didn't even talk to the individuals who jumped me. Although it is unrelated, the Toddy's as a whole have been having problems with these individuals especially the one in the black puffer jacket which reports for other incidents have already been made, he seems to have a grudge against our members for absolutely no reason as we are one of the smaller lesser known groups in the city and are trying to avoid altercations with others and instead are focusing on making allies. Even with this in mind, the individual in the black puffer jacket persists on attacking our members and ruining their RP.

 
Without A lead up to the incident i hope you understand in this instance i cannot confidently take any action on this report. As you have stated further reports have been made, in the context of RDM or RVDM a lead up helps the staff team make the decision on the report please try to get that lead up to the incident where you can.

With that being said i am going to decline this report.
