Please (in detail) describe the incident: after chasing after the individual and taking him down with my police baton i proceeded to take him to a safer place and radio for nhs as they arrive he proceeds to mention "he could flex hes E muscle and end it all quicker" personally i feel as this is fail rp due to the fact the injury dealt wasnt life threatening ... a few moments after whilst in the cells being processed he asked for a reduced sentence as "I DIDNT FLEX ME E MUSCLE Earlier"

Afternoon @Nautilus

Thank you for taking the time to make the report against said player. Upon looking over the video the player did say multiple times they could flex their 'E Muscle' multiple times to make it end quicker. Whilst looking at this report the player does seem to be quiet new to roleplay however he was trying and this is shown by him asking questions to yourself in relation to the questions regarding the injuries when you said their card was green, However with that a rule was still broken. 

Based upon my above response I'll be issuing a warning to 295 under G2.3. Hope you have a wonderful day!
