Please (in detail) describe the incident: Guy was causing some nuisance around triads turf we chased him down then managed to catch up to this guy, we pulled 2 guns on him and asked him to put his hands up so we can continue the questioning, he then decided to make a comment and proceed by trying to escape on the bike.

In future if possible, additional context may assist with your report as we usually ask for about 3 minutes prior to the situation

In this case, the report is fairly clear and the user did not value his life, trying to get onto the bike with 2 guns pointed at him
