Please (in detail) describe the incident: Asd you can see I was minding my own around Auto Exotic, I went to park my car, then this guy comes out of nowhere trying to kill me by running me down twice. I called him out, then I waited to see what he would do, and of course, he tries it again. You can hear him laughing out his nose a bit thinking it's funny and not saying a word.

I have reviewed the footage and looked into the player's profile that has been accused of RVDM, the player looks like he isn't here for the right reasons as he was laughing when running you over so this report will be added to his current ban as he has already received a permanent ban.
