What best describes this incident ?: Meta gaming by communicating about in game events on discord

Please (in detail) describe the incident: I was driving to the beach to take photos of my Tornado car to sell in a raffle (for the memes), on the way I discovered you could actually steer a vehicle with the mouse, turns out its really hard to steer and hit what I thought was a local, when I turned around it appeared to be a player so I rushed back to help and apologise.

He then proceeds to communicate with his friend over something like discord, disclosing events happening in game, his friend then shortly arrives.
