Please (in detail) describe the incident: We saw a infernus drive dangerously so we pursued it. He failed to stop and sent the car 20seconds later up a dangerous stunt. After his car broke down we went to arrest him and he decided to combatlog

@Brick CarsteinThank you for your report, for me this is straight forward. The player you are chasing does not seems to want to RP and then combat logs on you, not to mention the state of his driving. Due to this I have made the following decision:
